KVK registration, a Dutch business account, the €4,500 deposit and the opening balance sheet.

Application
We file your DAFT application with the IND. You may wait in the Netherlands without a visa.

Decision
The IND decides within 90 days. Your residence card follows.

Living here
Register at the municipality, arrange health insurance and keep the business active.

Renewal and permanent residence

- Possible after 5 years of continuous legal residence
- The civic integration exam (A2) is part of it
- Dutch citizenship by naturalisation can follow later
